• —Production begins from the date the order is placed.
• —Estimated production times are displayed on product pages where applicable.
• —Customers will be kept informed if any unexpected delays occur.

• —Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
• —Once an order has been placed, production begins immediately and orders cannot be cancelled.
• —Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable consumer law, or if the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
• —ETR Jewellers is not liable for postal or courier damage once the item has been dispatched. All items are photographed before packaging and after packaging/postage preparation for documentation purposes.
